As Chief Executive Officer of SoftClouds, a global IT Services company, Balaji (Bala) Ramachandran provides strategic direction for all SoftClouds business units, including CRM, Business Intelligence, Cloud Services and Enterprise Mobility. Bala founded SoftClouds in 2005 and has over two decades of experience in the information technology industry and engineering field. His responsibilities include strategic planning and analysis critical to enhancing SoftClouds long-term competitiveness and driving growth.

 

Prior to founding SoftClouds, Bala successfully founded, grew and sold eRiva Systems Inc., an offshore based IT Services company. Before eRiva, Bala spent 10+ years with various consulting companies, during which time he led the e-business, and customer relationship management practices and implemented enterprise solutions to several Fortune 100 companies.

Mahesh Jeyakumar has been in the Industry for over 12 years and leads the Oracle Service Cloud Practice & CX Projects Delivery Team at SoftClouds.


Mahesh has extensive experience with the CRM/ CX enterprise and cloud applications. Mahesh has a deep understanding of CRM/CX platforms and their use in various business environments.


At SoftClouds, Mahesh has worked on multiple technologies like Siebel CRM, Oracle CRM-On-Demand, Salesforce.com, Jive, Eloqua, Oracle Service Cloud, and Oracle Knowledge. He has been involved in technical and presales, giving him broad experience across SoftClouds Services, Products and Work Culture.
